Build a career helping people with Medicare.
Medicare Advocates is an independent Field Marketing Organization (FMO). We hire licensed insurance agents who want to do this the right way — one client at a time, for the long haul. If you care more about getting people the right coverage than hitting a daily dial count, we should talk.
Why agents build their career here
The role is different from a typical Medicare sales seat — and so is what you take home from it.
You are assigned to your clients for the long haul — not handed a lead, a script, and a quota. You keep the same clients year after year and build real relationships.
We represent plans from many carriers, so you recommend what actually fits the person in front of you instead of pushing one company's product.
You are a named, licensed professional our clients can reach directly — not an anonymous seat in a dialer queue.
We handle CMS certifications, carrier appointments, and marketing compliance so you can focus on helping people, not paperwork.
Licensed Insurance Agent (Medicare)
You will help people understand their Medicare options — Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D — compare the plans available in their area, and enroll with confidence. You will be the person they call every year when their needs or their plan changes.
All of our agents are independently licensed in the states where they practice and keep their CMS certifications current every plan year. We give you the training, appointments, and support to do that well.
- An active (or in-progress) state health insurance license
- AHIP certification, or a willingness to complete it
- A genuine interest in helping people with Medicare understand their options
- Clear, patient communication — in person and over the phone
- Comfort following CMS and TPMO marketing rules to the letter
